What is Yondr?

Yondr Money is a technology driven fintech company based in Australia that offers an intelligent and streamlined, customer-first alternative to mainstream banks.Yondr was created to address some of the banking industry’s most pressing issues and to tip the balance back towards the customer.

Yondr has developed a cutting-edge fintech platform that combines the advantages of both traditional and digital money experiences. After completing extensive closed-group testing, a public beta was successfully launched to market during February 2022. The initial product group included a mobile application with integrated spend analytics, a physical VISA card, and the option for multiple personalised customer-generated virtual VISA cards.

How safe is Yondr?

Yondr places safety and security at it's core. In-app, Yondr provides you with numerous security and control features to take your security into your hands.

How do I go Yondr?

Customers can sign up for a Yondr account via an easy process through the mobile-app.

You can download the app, sign up & verify your details, add $$ to your wallet, add your virtual Visa card and Go Yondr! Your physical card should arrive approximately 5-14 days post successful sign up.

Customers details are then verified against national and worldwide databases in order to meet the Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement. Using this method of verification, customers can setup a Yondr account in minutes.

For instances where an automated KYC is unable to match the customers details, a manual verification is performed. Exceptions can include recently relocated customers, new surname, no middle name provided or simply mistakes when entering customer details.

What can I do with Yondr account?

Yondr is very similar to your traditional bank account.* Yondr’s simple to use mobile app Beta is available for use now and offers an extensive set of features including; customer sign up and verification, digital BSB and account number generation, multi-currency wallet, virtual VISA card, physical VISA card, Apple and Google Pay, spend analytics, in-app chat support via our Australian based support team, and card controls including limit caps to give greater control over personal finances.

You can add funds to your account via your BSB and Account number and start spending almost straight away. Yondr gives you a physical Visa card or you can choose to also add a couple of Virtual Cards. You can convert funds to 8 different currencies when you want and spend it the way you want to. With numerous security and control, you can controls turn on and off at your leisure. With an easy to use mobile application and many exciting features coming, Yondr is paving the way for the future of how money should be.

How do I add Yondr to Apple or Google Play?

Both physical and virtual Yondr cards can be added to your Apple or Google wallets for NFC payments at any enabled merchant. To add your Yondr Visa Card to Google Pay, open your Google wallet, click 'Add a card,' follow the prompts and bazinga!

Apple pay is currently still in development and testing. But don't worry we are working on it and it's coming soon.

When will I get my Yondr Card?

Yondr Customers can expect to receive their card approximately 5-14 business days post successful sign up. Once you receive you Yondr Visa card, you can activate it within the app and Go Yondr!
